Delivery Terms

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping charges are € 7.00 for all of Italy except Calabria, Sicily and Sardinia whose charges are € 12.00.
Shipping charges are Freefor orders of € 300.00 or more.

For individuals, shipping charges are Free for orders of € 50 or more

DELIVERY TIMES

Shipping is via couriers that guarantee delivery in Italy within 24-48 hours, except for Calabria, Sicily and Sardinia for which at least 72 hours are required.
Important: Upon receipt of the goods we kindly ask you to carefully check the integrity and number of packages; also check for signs of tampering or deterioration. If you accept without any complaint and without reservation the goods delivered by the courier, you will not be able to claim at a later date any shortage or damage due to transportation.

CONTEVENEZIA reserves the right to make partial deliveries at no additional cost to the purchaser.

NON-DELIVERY

Express courier provides two delivery attempts. In case of absence after the second attempt, the costs for the third redelivery are borne by the recipient. Alternatively, it is possible to pick up the package at the courier's local office.

SATISFIED OR REFUNDED

CONTEVENEZIA attaches great importance to Customer satisfaction, which is why it adopts the safeguards listed below.

CONTEVENEZIA authorizes you to return purchased merchandise within 10 days of receipt. Send an e-mail to info@contevenezia.com, specifying the order number and item code(s) you intend to return, and within 48 hours you will receive a return authorization with instructions on how to proceed.

As soon as we receive the returned merchandise, we will refund the net price of the returned item(s) minus 10% for handling charges. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except if the return was caused by our error

CONTEVENEZIA will not accept the return of items that have been used, worn or damaged. In addition, items must be returned in their original packaging.
